- 1 plate Aglio e Olio Spaghetti
- For frying chicken:
- 2-3 tbsp oil
- For Chicken marination:

- 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder/ freshly chopped

- 1 tbsp corn flour
- 1/2 egg
- For sauce:
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped ginger
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp mixed Italian herbs
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Mango Habanero sauce
- Vegetables:
- 1 medium capsicum (cube cut)
- 1 medium onion (cube cut)
- 1 handful spring onions
