  5. Then mashed them
  6. Mix the ingredients in the mashed potatoes like salt.red chilli flakes.roasted cumin and coriander galrlic powder.origano.chilli garlic sauce
  7. Now take a wok add 2 tblspn oil add cumin and onion fry it
  8. Till it become translucent.
  9. Then add potatoes.stirr well.
  10. Take out.keep cool on room temperature
  11. Take out dough give punch and make it into 2 halves
  12. Make a roti in half portion spread pizza sauce
  13. Then add shreded cheese
  14. Then potato filling and cheese
  15. Brush egg mixture all round sides
  16. Now fold like a half circle and press the cornes with fork
  17. Now egg brush on the top of calzone then make cut on it
  18. Keep it in the preheated oven on 200° for 20 to 25 mintes
  19. When take out from the oven brush butter on it
  20. Now enjoy with the family with ketcup and chilli garlic mayo
