  3. But before covering the bowl just gently rub some butter or olive oil on top of the dough.Cover the dough and let it proof at room temperature for 1hour.. It will double in size. If your place is cold then it might take a little long.
  4. After one hour take the dough out on your work top. Dust with some flour and start kneeding again with the method of stretch and fold.
  5. Then spread it out flat and spread some green chutney some grated cheese, and some oregano and mixed herbs
  6. Then roll it and cut it from middle
  7. Then twist both equal cut portion together like we make braids
  8. Then place it in baking tin to final proffing(means the dough will rise in that shape again) for 30 min and if the weather is cold it might take little long may be 45 min....
  9. Then bake the bread at 350 F or 180 C for 40 mins... And every oven is different so you can adjust the temperature according to your oven
  10. When your Babak is baked let it rest for 10 min in its tin...and then demould it and let it cool at room temperature before cutting....
