Steps to make to make Italian pizza

  1. For pizza base take a bowl add wheat flour now take a one-cup add oil, salt, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and mix well, then add curd and mix this mixture with the take the wheat flour make a dough and let it rest for 20 mins.
  2. Now after 20 mins take one thick bottom Kadai add salt and preheat for 10 minutes put a stand and grease plate, add chapati into the plate and cook well from both the sides.
  3. For pizza sauce take a pan add butter now add tomato puree, salt, chilli flakes, oregano and mix well now then add tomato ketchup and mix properly then turn off the gas flame.
  4. For making pizza take tawa put some butter on it now put the pizza base on it spread pizza sauce, cheese, then toppings and cook until cheese melts on low flame.
  5. Take out pizza and sprinkle oregano, chilli flakes and serve hot.
